Lordy, Lordy, I'm bolded over by what you've just written..............I live
almost from a totally different vantage point regarding my soul and
body..............
Years ago when I saw that Satan was out and Christ was in to stay for keeps; I
had to accept that I had been made perfectly new; spirit, soul and body.........
I was joined Spirit to spirit, and Christ now manifested HIS very life through
my unique soul ( personality, the total me...........) and body.....my funny
form.....
At that point I took into myself and accepted all of HIM and all of
ME............. made one in unity! After that time my soul took on new meaning
because it now had become the fertile garden/ ground for Christ to redeem
others...............by way of me........my hopes, dreams, agonies, ecstasies,
and everything that concerned me concerned Him and I moved into the adventure of
watching how we worked as a team to bring life for others.........
Renewing my mind became the way I began to cooperate with Him in this new way of
seeing and living............always knowing it was He by way of
me..........bearing about in MY body HIS own dying and rising..........for my
world.............
You see; we've been so much a part of the old thinking that we drag those grave
cloths with us into our NEW life; and I might add; (although this is strong) we
almost commit spiritual abortion because we won't accept that the LIFE now lives
in our souls and bodies as well................ There was never anything wrong
with us in the first place.............we simply took in the WRONG
ONE............... Now that he's out; and new 'resident boss' (as Watchman Nee
called HIM) is in; we are totally a new creation and rightly used by the perfect
Christ living His life in a perfect vessel. That's why Jesus called us to
perfection; and Paul told us how to get there.............It wasn't a problem
that would have to wait till heaven for us to live the experience..........no,
no, no, it was the PROBLEM SOLVED by ONE PERSON; and when He cried out "It is
finished"...............he meant it!!!! He meant 'the old was over; and His
precious creation was now cut OFF from the old............ I shiver to think of
the total salvation He bought with His life.............and when I say 'total' I
mean He bought back the earth; us; our clay temples; our body's
Everything; HAS BECOME NEW............There really never was anything wrong with
us anyway; it was the ONE (SATAN) who indwelt us that was evil .........
We are already sanctified and set apart for His works to be manifested in this
matter realm..............We don't finally get on with that business until we
get over ourselves..........it isn't about us anymore..........as far as
perfection goes........ We contain the PERFECT one.........and we've been (by
faith) perfected in unity.. UNITY; that's a big word....and a big leap of faith
to believe there's nothing wrong with us any more............. I think that's it
for now..............
